    VP of Media Innovations and Technology, Basis Technologies

    Noor Naseer is VP of Media Innovations and Technology at Basis Technologies. She leads client thought leadership and innovative media strategy development and she guides clients on how to evolve media strategy to accommodate fast-changing consumer behavior and media trends. Noor has written for, and been cited in, industry outlets including Adweek, MediaPost, Advertising Week, and Multichannel News. She has spoken at events for the 4As and the American Marketing Association and she also hosts the adtech podcast, AdTech Unfiltered. Prior to Basis Technologies, Noor served in media roles at Starcom MediaVest Group. She is a graduate of Northwestern University with an M.S. in Integrated Marketing.

    Manager, Media Innovations and Technology, Basis Technologies

    Kaitlin O’Brien is a Manager on the Media Innovations and Technology team at Basis Technologies. Prior to joining Basis, she oversaw programmatic media buying at biosciences company, Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a boomerang employee at Basis, she’s spent the bulk of her career crafting digital media strategies for clients. She has a deep interest in emerging tech, its implications for our world, and how clients can successfully navigate and activate on these new opportunities.
